In case of cancellation by the company, the amount paid will be refunded.
If the excursion is cancelled due to weather conditions, a new date will be proposed and the client may or may not accept it. The client will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid if the new date is not viable for him/her.
In case of cancellation by the client, the amount paid will be refunded as long as the cancellation is made a maximum of 24 hours before the excursion or for medical reasons justified with a medical report.
