RETURN - REFUND

In case of cancellation by the client, the amount paid will be refunded as long as the cancellation is made a maximum of 24 hours before the excursion or for medical reasons justified with a medical report.

In case of cancellation by the company, the amount paid will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel excursions if the sea conditions are not suitable for sailing. In case of cancellation you can receive 100% of the amount paid or change the date of the excursion.
